02 — HOW IT WORKS
Point at a card.
Wardeye outlines the cards on the table and shows the card image and name. It also lists the cards underneath others.
03 — WHAT IT DOES
Names face-up cards as they are played
Shows the card image and name on hover
Remembers cards under others, like gear on units
Works in theatre and fullscreen. Toggle it with the power button, the toolbar button, or Option+R (Alt+R on Windows).
04 — UNDER THE HOOD
Cards are small on stream, roughly 70 to 140 pixels tall at 1080p, and their text is unreadable. So Wardeye identifies each card by its art, entirely in your browser.
- FrameReads the video you are watching, while it plays.
- TableKeeps only the table camera. Hand cams and graphics are left alone.
- DetectA detector finds every face-up card by its corners.
- FingerprintEach card's art becomes a compact visual fingerprint.
- MatchThe fingerprint is compared with the public card catalogue.
- TrackCards keep their name as they move, even when covered.
- OverlayPoint at a card to see its image and name.
